These terms cover buying from and using agenticmatt.co, run by Matt Neves (Agentic Matt). By paying for a service or product, you agree to them. Questions: matt@mattneves.com.

App Reviews and Full App Audits

• What each one includes and how long it takes is described on Work with me at the time you buy.
• The App Review is public. By buying one, you agree that I can publish the review video about your app on my channels. The Full App Audit report is private.
• Reviews are honest. Payment doesn't buy a positive review. You don't approve the video before it goes live, and I'll correct factual mistakes in the caption. Reviews are labeled as paid partnerships.
• You're responsible for giving me access to your app where I need it (for example, a TestFlight invite or a way past a paywall).
• Recommendations are my professional opinion. I don't guarantee results such as views, installs or revenue.

Payments

Services are paid up front through Stripe. Because reviews and audits are custom work, payments are non-refundable.

Digital products

Products like Owncut are licensed to you for your own use, including commercial work you make with them. Please don't resell, share or redistribute the product itself. Checkout and delivery happen through Whop.
