Privacy

This site is run by Matt Neves (Agentic Matt). This page explains, in plain English, what I collect and what I do with it. Questions or requests: matt@mattneves.com.

What I collect

• Your email, when you join the newsletter or a waitlist, plus where you signed up from (for example, which page or link sent you).
• Your answers, when you use the free app diagnosis, and your name and email if you ask me to follow up.
• What you send me through the partnerships form: your name, company, email and message.
• How the site is used: pages viewed, the site that referred you, your device and browser, and actions like clicking a link or submitting a form. This uses cookies and similar storage.

Payments happen on Stripe (and Whop for digital products). I never see or store your card details.

Why

• To send the newsletter and emails you asked for.
• To reply to your requests and deliver what you bought.
• To understand what's useful on the site and improve it.

I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with advertisers.

Who helps run the site

These services process data on my behalf: Vercel (hosting), Beehiiv (newsletter), PostHog (analytics), Neon (database), Stripe and Whop (payments), and Telegram (private notifications to me about new requests).

Your choices

• Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link.
• Email me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you, and I'll take care of it.
• You can block or clear cookies in your browser. The site still works.

How long I keep it

Newsletter data stays until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Requests and inquiries stay as long as I need them to run the business, then I delete them.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
