Do I need to know how to edit?
No. You talk to it the way you'd talk to an editor, and there's an optional timeline if you want to fine-tune by hand.
Does it work on Windows?
Not yet. It's Mac only for now.
Where do my videos go?
Nowhere. Editing runs on your Mac, and your video files aren't uploaded to Owncut.
